Hotel Entry was a great base for my snowboarding trip. The apartment was modern, clean, and had loads of space. The food was lovely, and after time on the slopes, the spa was a perfect place to rest and relax. Everyone was helpful, especially Silvana. She was so friendly and made me feel welcome. When I needed local information, she happily helped and made phone calls and arrangements for me. That took a lot of the stress out of being in another country. I'll definitely come back on my next trip.

What made our stay feel special from the start was the warm hospitality and the care given to the details. Everything was clean, and the décor felt thoughtfully done. This beautiful boutique entry hotel chalet from the Omilos Group has a lovely mix of modern comfort and cozy alpine character, with a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. It would suit anyone after a stylish, intimate getaway with good service. We'd be happy to visit again.

I paid half the stay in advance, with the rest due three days before arrival. I missed the exact deadline by just a few hours. As soon as I noticed, I contacted the hotel to pay the balance, but got no reply. The reservation was canceled instead, and the amount I'd already paid wasn't refunded. I went to reception to find out what had happened and ask for my money back, while recording the conversation on my phone. The front desk employee said she was the manager, reached toward my phone, touched it, and tried to take it by force to stop me recording. It was a very stressful and intimidating encounter from my point of view. I left shocked, with nothing resolved.

The spa was excellent, and the whole staff were so friendly and responsive. Our stay made a great impression, especially the included breakfast, which had lots of variety. The restaurant was a little expensive, but the food was very tasty. We stayed in a studio with everything needed to cook, and it was extremely cozy and well equipped. There's also a fireplace in the room, which can be turned on for an extra fee. The location was good, with a free shuttle that made getting to the gondola area easy. I'd definitely stay again if I come to Bansko soon. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
