Hotel Elit

A convenient stop in the middle of this little town, with local supermarkets close by. Prices for the rooms and food are average, and the big pool costs very little to use, though it wasn't as clean as you'd hope. The staff were okay, if not the best. A nice spot to rest for a while on the way.

We arrived late from Greece, but they kept our booking instead of cancelling it, and even opened their little store after closing so we could get a snack. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. It's an affordable, pretty good place near Bulgaria's southern border, with a very big bed and a pool to enjoy.

The rooms were clean and nice, but the check-in left us feeling awkward. The man at reception didn't greet us and seemed in a hurry to get his money. His manner was very unkind, so we don't recommend the place.

We stayed for a week. The hotel is cheap and has a nice pool, but it's old and the rooms are very plain. The restaurant was okay. Breakfast, though, was terrible.
