Sunrise Blue Magic Resort - All Inclusive

The location and staff were amazing. We ordered a birthday cake, and it was beautifully made and delivered. I loved the staff, many thanks to them. The workers are polite, nice, and hardworking, and honestly I think they're the reason this place got four stars. The hotel itself was absolutely disgusting. Please look at the pictures. The rooms were very dirty, especially the bathroom. I'm still hoping they were about to renovate, but it looked like an infection could happen. Please work on cleaning. The food was okay, like home cooking, but I found lots of eggshells in the eggs, some wire in the pork pot, and tissues in the soup. The beach area needs attention too. Please replace the umbrellas and sunbeds, they look like they've been in use since the Second World War 🤣. The place has so much potential, but I don't understand how it got four stars. Management seems very poor and is missing a lot of issues. These problems could be solved quite easily by training employees more and giving them a pay rise. Then they could even raise prices and invest in the business.

The room had great views, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. We had a brilliant family holiday at Sunrise Blue Magic, and the staff were really friendly. The entertainment team deserves special mention: they worked so hard from morning to night, with loads of activities to keep people happy and busy all day. They were so friendly and made our holiday special. Food was tasty, with enough variety for everyone to find something at each meal. The pool area was nice, and the shuttle bus into Obzor town was very handy. Drinks were okay, just average. Room cleaning was the main letdown. Most days our room wasn't cleaned at all, or housekeeping only came in to empty the bins. It was a shame. The housekeeping ladies were mostly on their phones or chatting with each other. I also want to mention the man at the bar inside the restaurant. He was so nice and friendly, always smiling widely and recommending great drinks to try. It was a good trip, but we really hope the hotel improves the room cleaning.

The hotel is clean, the staff are nice, and the food is great. Still, we paid for a sea-view room and only got a side view, with a little sea visible off to one side. We chose this hotel for a beautiful view, and what we got wasn't like the photos. This place may suit families with children, but not couples. There were kids everywhere, screaming and running in the restaurant. We tried to play table tennis, the only activity we could find, but the table was beside the kids' area. The kids kept running around and breaking things, so we couldn't play.

A fun place for families with kids. The activities are great for little ones and older children, and there's really good music at the pool bar. The food is tasty, and there's always something to eat if you miss your mealtime.
