I’m complaining on behalf of my niece. Just because she’s a child doesn’t mean she should be treated this way. There was no hot water for three days, and the windows couldn’t be opened to let in fresh air. Absolutely disgusting. I’ll never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The centre takes about 5-10 minutes by car, so it isn’t right nearby, but it’s not uncomfortably far. The hotel is close to the mall and a 15-20 minute walk from Aliosha. It’s a pretty place, with clean rooms, lots of mirrors, and a little balcony. There’s also a hair dryer in the bathroom, a TV, and a fridge. Everything you’d want for a short Plovdiv break. The staff were polite. Thanks for having us!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place looks really beautiful from the outside. It’s near shopping and sports centres, and the town centre is a five-minute drive away. For the price, it was okay, though the rooms were quite dirty. The sink was inside the shower, and the bed sheets were just pieces of material that kept coming off. You get what you pay for.

It was okay for one night’s sleep, but not comfortable. We stayed in the second building behind the restaurant, and our room hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for at least two weeks. One towel was quite old, with its edges trimmed.

The restaurant downstairs was great, but the walk to the centre is long. There are quite a few stairs, and the room we stayed in is ready for refurbishment.
