We stayed in a family studio with our three kids and it was perfect for us. The children loved the pool, parking was easy, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend!

The staff were kind, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious. There's fenced parking at the hotel, a few small shops nearby, and a large supermarket a bit farther away. It isn't close to the centre.

This place didn't feel worth the money. The hotel is quite far from the city centre, breakfast costs extra, and they try to charge you when you have it. The pool is small and cold, and using the sauna or steam room also costs extra. There are much better hotels for the same price. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

The Deluxe Queen Studio was spacious, cozy, really clean and super comfortable! The service was high quality, and the staff were polite and kind. Excellent hotel, definitely recommend it!

My stay at the Western Plus Olives City Hotel in Sofia was comfortable, but I was disappointed by how the hotel handled something I left behind. I forgot my sunglasses and charging cable in the room after checking out. When I got in touch, the staff didn't give me a clear or helpful answer, and there was no proper follow-up. I felt they didn't take my concern seriously. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better communication and help. I hope management improves how lost property is handled.
