The rooms are great, and the service is lovely, especially at breakfast. It’s also really close to a bus stop and the metro.

The beds were awful, and the shower drain smelled horrible. Even with my windows shut and the air conditioning off, the outdoor unit was as noisy as coins rattling around in a washing machine. If you have an enemy, you could definitely send them here.

For the price, this is great value. The location is good, and the apartment is very spacious.

My room faced the boulevard, where construction started early every weekday, and the windows did very little to block the noise. Better insulation would help. If you can, ask for a room facing the backyard. The rest of the stay was lovely. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with separate bedroom and living room areas. Staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to chat about your travels. There’s a lobby bar and free underground parking, and the central location puts you near a market and cosy coffee shops. A wonderful place to stay in Sofia, with excellent service.

Central West Hotel is in a central spot, handy for nearby attractions and transport, and the rooms are well kept and comfortable. There’s no restaurant on site, which may be a drawback, though there are plenty of places to eat nearby if you want to try local food. I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.
