It's a quiet, pleasant place where you can sleep really well. Still, it feels a bit expensive for a guest house, and a Booking score over 9 had me expecting everything to be perfect. When I left realistic feedback there, they replied that I couldn't recognize a dirty glass and claimed I couldn't connect to their WiFi.

We spent three days here while visiting Sofia from London. The location was quiet, the rooms practical, and the price very affordable. The host was responsive and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend it.

The host was polite and very helpful, taking time to explain the nearby sights in detail, including Dragalevtsi Monastery, Boyana Church, Boyana Waterfalls, Boyana Lake, horse riding, and traditional food restaurants. Hiking paths begin just before the house and work for biking too. The nearby ski area is 15-20 minutes away and also open for night skiing. It's a cozy, quiet location, about 15 minutes from the city center. The rooms are very spacious, and the terrace is huge with a fantastic view of Vitosha mountain. There's fresh air and a pleasant atmosphere here. The location is nice, but not having a car is a major downside: the nearest stop for bus 64 into the city is 550 meters away.
