The Club Lounge gave our stay a calm, welcoming feel and made it extra special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with high-quality things. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and breakfast had a great selection. The team deserves thanks for the service. Everyone was professional, kind, and helpful with whatever we needed, from start to finish. If we visit Sofia again, we’ll stay here. Highly recommended.

We stayed in room 202. Traffic noise came through until we closed the window, after that it was almost soundproof. The hotel is within walking distance of lots of sights, shops, and restaurants. Pater checked us in and was pleasant and helpful. The room was huge, with firm but comfortable beds. The bathroom was big, and robes and slippers are provided for use during your stay. It’s a beautiful 5 star hotel with a great spa included. The spa has four types of sauna rooms and a medium-sized indoor pool with an endless wave swim feature and massage jets. It’s very nice and included in the price. The spa staff were helpful and pleasant, and you can book extra services like facials and massages the same day for a fee. There are several restaurants and bars, with good food and service and a very extensive food and drink menu. There’s something for everyone. There’s also a beautiful rooftop bar. We’d definitely stay again when we return to Sofia, and I’d highly recommend it.

Ortus Wellness Spa has a sauna, steam room, salt room, relaxation room, and hydrotherapy pool, with massages and other treatments available. The Regency Club is open to Globalists from 10:00 to 22:00, and happy hour runs from 17:00 to 19:00. This is a luxury hotel in central Sofia with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. The ground floor has the “Revolution” restaurant and a coffee cafe, while “The Scene” rooftop bar has both indoor and outdoor seating. The customer-facing staff speak impeccable English, and the hotel has a Western Standard.

Breakfast was frustrating, with too few tables and seats, so we had to wait for someone to leave. On arrival, we didn’t get a proper welcome or help with our luggage, which I’d expect at a 5-star hotel. Parking is available, but costs extra. We also couldn’t use the rooftop bar during our stay because a private party had closed it, even though it was advertised as a hotel amenity. As guests, we expected access to the facilities promoted when we booked. After checking out, I realized I’d left my laptop/phone charger in the room. I contacted the hotel the same day and was told nothing had been found. I’m completely certain I left it there, so that was disappointing. The location is great and the stay was pleasant overall, but customer service and access to advertised amenities need improvement.
