I had a great stay in a nice, clean hotel, and the staff gave outstanding service. It seems to be listed as three stars on Google, but it’s actually four. I realized I wanted to mention that after spending a night there. It’s in a great neighbourhood, with a 24-hour shop right nearby and a grocery store close too. I’d recommend it to a friend.

Parking around here can be tight, though it’s possible to find a spot a block or two away. It’s probably best to ask them to reserve a space in their parking. The hotel is within walking distance of Paraise Mall, on a main city street with pharmacies, cafeterias, restaurants, and a supermarket across the road, plus a mini market on the same side.

I stayed here before applying for a US visa. My room was clean and had a double-size bed, and the receptionist was nice. Breakfast had a good kitchen. One thing to know if you come by car, parking adds 20BGN to your bill.

The service was terrible for what they charge. The rooms and breakfast were awful, and the parking was really far from the hotel.

The rooms were very nice, and breakfast did have some really good desserts. But the breakfast quality overall was very poor, and we even found a hair on a plate. I’d booked a parking spot, but it was outside in front of a bank. I paid the same as people who got underground parking.
