We were very happy with our luxurious room. It had a queen-sized bed, a decent-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower, a minibar with room in the fridge for our own things, blackout curtains, and a television. We were visiting my son and family, and the hotel is right on the main high street, with lots of chances to go out and try Bulgarian food. It calls itself a boutique hotel and lives up to that. The room was mostly somewhere to sleep, but it was a very nice place to do that. Would I recommend it? Yes, without a doubt.

The reception team were especially kind and helpful. When heavy rain started just as we were heading out, they offered us an umbrella right away without us having to ask. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the comfortable rooms are in a super central spot, with everything within walking distance. The hotel may be a little old, but we really appreciated the hospitality and service.

The luxury room was spacious and looked out over Main Street, and they even let us use it before check-in time. Everything is close, and the location is a real gem. We had a pleasant stay, though breakfast took away a star. It wasn’t great, some included drinks and fruit were missing until we asked, and it took 30 minutes to toast bread. I’d suggest eating breakfast outside, since there are plenty of coffees shops right next door.

The one odd thing was the round toilet, whoever thought that up 😂. Otherwise, it was a great stay. The hotel is very central, with food along the main street at any time of day and plenty of bars nearby. The metro is just a five-minute walk away, which makes getting around easy. Everyone at reception was very friendly and attentive, and the housekeeping ladies were kind too.

The atmosphere is so charming and one of a kind, and the people working there are kind and helpful. We loved our stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is great. What a wonderful hotel.
