In “the thread room,” the carpet is badly worn, dust is everywhere, and there's fungus in the bathroom. Beside the bed, the pot holding plastic plants has bricks of foam inside that are very dusty and toxic. The room and its design are very nice, but when I raised the dust, the manager said he couldn't change the artist's design. I was talking about cleaning it, not changing it. The room advertises hypo-allergenic bedding, yet the foam is only 60 cm away, so I'm not sure how those go together. The shower cabin also leaks water into the main bathroom after being shut properly. That shouldn't happen in a luxurious, high-quality hotel. The warm water stops sometimes and then starts again, but you don't know when. Sad story.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and breakfast served right in the room was a lovely touch. My first-floor room was too near reception, with windows facing the restaurant, but the staff helped us move to a third-floor suite for an extra charge. It was quiet, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The hotel is on a peaceful street, about a six-minute walk from the metro, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the lively surrounding area. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

A quiet, pleasant hotel in a central area, with spacious rooms and a beautiful look. The people were always smiling and glad to help, and the service went beyond what we expected. Thanks to the staff for such a good stay. Highly recommended.

We've stayed here twice and had a great time both visits. Each junior suite was spacious, with separate sleeping and living areas, lovely decor, and its own balcony. The hotel is well placed in Sofia, close to the center but far enough away to stay quiet. We also enjoyed the complimentary sauna on a rainy day. We'll stay here again!
