Our car was vandalized overnight while parked at the hotel. Reception staff were helpful, but management didn't help us at all. All we got was an email saying they were sorry.

Avoid this place. The bathrooms had no basic level of hygiene, and there was dirt and neglect everywhere. Both rooms had unmade beds, dirty tissues in the bedside table drawers, and another drawer had snack crumbs and dried garlic residue. Shameful.

I clearly chose the wrong place. The rooms feel like museum pieces, the windows let in drafts, and even the door still uses a key. Only one Turkish channel works on the TV, and they hadn't even delivered key cards to all the rooms yet 🙂
