10/10
The forest setting is peaceful, and the rooms are clean, quiet, well equipped, and have comfortable beds and large balconies. It feels deserving of more than three stars, especially with five large, clean pools. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk, though, and you're by the sea. Cars aren't allowed inside the complex, so parking is outside. There are surveillance cameras and guards at each entrance, and security felt good.

The outside looks beautiful, but the room was disgusting. The floor was filthy and left our feet dirty, and the fridge was covered in orange-yellow stains. There were spiders in the rooms, dead bugs smashed on the white walls, and a few broken things. Even the dish soap was in a mineral water bottle. The bins smelled bad too. And this was 250lv per night.

6/10
The studio has a decent amount of space, a nice terrace, and a mini kitchen, but it needs renovation. It's visibly dated, with an old bathroom and very weak water pressure. The floor was so dusty that our feet got dirty walking barefoot, and the wifi was weak and unreliable. Parking was the biggest issue: there's none in the complex, so you have to park outside or down below in paid parking.

The room was clean and fully equipped, and the pools were great. Staff were kind, and the location is excellent, with a private lift down to the sea about a five-minute walk away.
