The setting is a real plus, with the beach just two minutes away, a lovely pool, gardens and a nice view. But our family stay with relatives in 2024 was let down by the rooms. We booked three, and they had plenty of issues: some air conditioners were missing or didn't work, there was only one key for each room (had the others been lost?), and a shower actually fell on someone's head. The bathrooms and toilets were dirty, the fridges were incredibly tiny, even smaller than Mraz, and the TVs were either very small or very old. A few problems got fixed, but the rooms overall felt old and poorly maintained.

We paid around 100 to 120 lv a night, which wasn't expensive. The beach is only a few metres away, and each building has two large pools. The rooms are basic, with furniture that's a bit old and creaky, but it does the job.

B39 was really comfortable, only 30 seconds from the beach and 15 seconds from the pool. There are shops nearby too. We had a wonderful holiday, and I liked everything.

The gardens and pools are lovely, and the beautiful beach and marina are right nearby. There's a good restaurant on site too. A perfect place to stay.

The marina is close by, and the complex has a lovely spot in St. Vlas. It's also super close to the beach. I highly recommend it.
