The host is one of a kind, the pool is amazing, and breakfast was wonderful and homemade. What an unbelievable place, I'd recommend it for all ages.

I was at the castle for a yoga retreat and loved every minute. There was a large room for lectures and exercises, a big dining terrace, and a lovely pool garden where we could relax. The food was a real gourmet experience, even something simple like an omelette was a delight. Everyone had a brilliant time.

The garden has a wonderful personal touch, and the staff are very friendly. The Castle has a lovely private pool area where you can enjoy coffee, a meal, or an amazing cocktail. It's also within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants and shops in the town center. I had an amazing stay, highly recommended.

The price makes no sense for what you get. Parking fits just six cars, even though the hotel has over 60 rooms, and the room itself is cramped, with bulky “Victorian” furniture to squeeze around. There’s no view from floors one through three in this five-storey building. Breakfast is very poor, and the dispenser says “mineral” water, but it tastes like swampy tap water. The staff are friendly, which is worth mentioning, but it doesn’t make up for the appalling quality.
