The staff were very nice apart from the male night administrator, and the restaurant served a proper breakfast with a very professional waitress. But the room smelled of cigarettes, the internet only worked in the corridor, and the walls were dirty. The bed and linen looked like they were from USSR times.

Daily cleaning and towel changes were provided, but the owner needs to invest seriously in the hotel. It may be cheap, but the services are cheap too, and it seems they have customers so they don’t care. I wouldn’t return. Next time I’ll look for somewhere else to stay. Some rooms face a busy street, and the window doesn’t seal properly, so the noise is hellish. The bathroom has neither a shower cabin nor a bathtub, and everything happens right beside the toilet. You could fall and break a foot, hand, or even your neck. The TV is enormously small for a three-star hotel, especially since you spend 70% of your time in the room watching it. The breakfast was mediocre. This hotel should have one star, not three.

A lovely hotel. My only complaint is that there’s no soap, even at reception.

The breakfast was awful quality, with only water and bad coffee to drink, both from a machine. People were waiting in a long line for about half an hour. The woman at reception was very rude and snarled at guests. Horrible standard.
