Rosewood Tucker's Point

We liked the pools, especially having food service right there, and the accommodations were comfortable in a nicely appointed hotel. Still, the property felt more like a hotel than a resort when it came to entertainment and activities. Since it's set within a large golf course, you can't walk into town to explore, something to consider if you like getting off the property. We weren't told at check-in that the beach club and its facilities were available to us. There was no welcome information either, like a resort map, room service menu, or activity guide. Once we found out about the beach club, its pay-per-use restaurant and small beach area were nice options. Our room had AC problems; maintenance responded promptly, but it took some back-and-forth with management to get them fully resolved. There could have been more to do on site, though the time of year may have played a part. A pleasant stay, and clearer communication plus more amenities or activities would improve it.

Andre makes THE best martinis on the island. The rooms are well-appointed and the beach is lovely, though the food on property was okay, nothing spectacular. For families, keep in mind that the property is quite spread out, so you'll need a shuttle to get to the beach. We've stayed at other Rosewood properties and expected the same personal touches and attention to detail we'd had on those visits. Here, even small requests seemed like a major inconvenience, from getting an ice bucket sent to the room to asking for umbrellas that never showed up. Turndown service was hit-or-miss too. A couple of nights we had to call for extra water or towels. I do appreciate the team's flexibility in arranging a late checkout because of an important meeting. I'm not sure we'd return on our next visit to Bermuda, but we'd welcome the chance to see our feedback put into practice and give it another try.

The quiet and tranquility, and especially the staff, are what I'll remember most. Every interaction came with another level of warm hospitality, with genuine smiles and caring warmth. Thank you, Georgia, Abdul, Dragos, Shea, Ryan, Denise, and the whole dedicated team. You were truly incredible. Rosewood has old world traditions alongside fresh takes on excellent food and creative drinks. The views are stunning, and the country club atmosphere never feels stuffy or stale. More than five stars.

Asah at the front desk made such a difference to our visit. Check-in went flawlessly, she patiently answered all my daughter's many questions, and even decorated our golf cart at her request. That absolutely made my daughter's trip. The resort was fantastic even in the off-season. We loved the pool and spa, and all the thoughtful touches made the stay better than we'd expected. Thanks for a wonderful visit, and a special shout out to Asah. We can't wait to come back.
