The airport location, close to the lounge, is the only thing going for this place. Everything else was disappointing, and I’d rather sleep at the gate. My room was extremely dated and smelled strongly of cheap cleaning products. There was no toilet paper or body soap, and the WiFi kept cutting out, so I couldn't get any work done. It’s right beside a public washroom, and the noise made proper rest before my flight impossible. Check-in was stressful and disorganized. There was nobody at the desk, and no signs or instructions. I booked through Agoda and had no idea how to get into the room. With no cell plan and unreliable airport WiFi, I had to use a temporary 3-hour connection just to reach someone on WhatsApp and get a check-in code. I’d never stay here again. Better to camp in the terminal and use the lounge showers.

Booking through Airbnb is strongly recommended, and check-in went smoothly. The rooms are average, and the restroom inside the room isn't very well maintained. The place is right next to the gates, on the lower ground. I posted pictures of the shower available for public use on the lower ground floor, opposite to nest day rooms. It looked good to use.

I spent one night at Nest Dayroom while in transit at Brunei Airport. There was no toilet tissue, and although there was a kettle, there were no tea bags or coffee. The bath liquid soap dispenser was empty.

I used the room for 3hrs on 13th of January 2024, while waiting for my connecting flight to Dubai, U.A.E. The price was 49 Brunei Dollar (as of Jan-2024). It’s inside the airport transit area, below RB sky lounge, and works fine for a few hours of sleep and a hot shower. The bed, comforter, and pillows were fairly comfortable and clean, and the attendant cleaned the room before check-in. The shower room was clean too. Entry is secured with a passcode given at check-in. They also give you three codes for the vending machines in the transit area, for drinks or snacks. Room temperature can't be adjusted. I waited 20-30mins for the attendant, from around 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm, so a contact number or WhatsApp would help. It would also be better to have temperature control and a microwave. Cash and VISA / Mastercard are accepted.

We booked a room for our family for almost 8h before our connecting flight to Narita. It was quite clean, including the toilet, and the hot water was great, though be careful the first time you turn it on. The bed was comfortable but small for our family. The airport location is convenient, but finding the room takes some effort since it’s downstairs. Look for their Instagram page for directions. It’s a self-check-in setup, so you need to contact them via WA to get the door code. There was no Kiblat direction in the room, so you can use Muslim apps to find it. No tea, coffee, or other condiments were provided. Still, it was a great experience for our family.
