The woman working here was especially lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our matrimonial room was comfortable and had its own bathroom. It wasn't luxurious, but at 20BS per person per night, the price was good. From the room we had a fantastic view of Lake Titicaca and the mountains. There were a few drawbacks: the shower stayed warm for only the first 20 seconds, there was no water one evening, and the kitchen was somewhat dirty. At least there was a kitchen, though the fridge didn't work.

Nancy was kind to us, and our room was comfortable and clean. Guests can use the kitchen, though it could be maintained better.

The terrace has a stunning view, and the rooms are comfortable with lovely views too. You can cook and do laundry here. More than anything, I'm grateful to Cintia, the owner, for treating us with so much love and patience. We're truly thankful. For me, it's the best hostel in Copacabana, and the price is excellent.

Syndi was really helpful, and the small kitchen worked well for making tea or coffee. The internet was okay, about what I'd expect elsewhere in town. We stayed two nights in a clean room with a private bathroom and hot shower. It was cold in Copacabana, but the blankets and room kept us warm. The listing on Airbnb gives the wrong location, though it was still close to the main street. We recommend it 100%.

Cintia, the receptionist and manager, made Celeste Hostel feel especially nice. She's incredibly versatile. It was one of the most affordable hostels, and although the location first seemed unattractive, the rooftop terrace revealed a lovely side of Copacabana and a lake view. We could wash our clothes and cook, which were the main things we wanted. It also had hot water, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Highly recommend.
