Hostal Jacha Inti

For a one-night stop on Isla del Sol, this is a great place. You can put off the long flight of stairs up to the village until the next morning, after you’ve rested. The double room was really comfortable, the owner was very sweet, and breakfast was great. The shower was only lukewarm, though. People who gave it one star seem pretty delusional.

We booked a boat trip around the island and to Isla De la Luna through the owners, who were so friendly and would do anything for you. The rooms were comfortable, and the place itself was lovely. It cost more than other spots on the island, but the location was perfect and close enough to the pier. Nobody wants to haul their luggage too far up the mountain.

The hostel is right by the port, run by a very pleasant local woman. The rooms are comfortable, with a heater that you need at night, and the showers are warm. Wi-Fi is available in the common area. Breakfast is free and excellent: egg, toast, jam, coffee, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Highly recommended!

From the roof, you can catch a wonderful sunrise early in the morning. The hostel is very beautiful and sits in the south of Isla del Sol, and the owner is very kind. Breakfast was wonderful too. The price is a little above average, and the rooms get very cold. For hot shower water, you have to switch on the water heater beside the shower.
