Can't believe it took me so long to write this. A real diamond in the rough, or salt. The rooms are great, and the owners and staff are the nicest for miles. And the pizza is probably the best between Bogota and Ushuaia. If they have freshly brewed beer, you're in for the

The Minuteman pizza restaurant in the hotel is really good. The hotel itself has spacious, comfortable rooms, breakfast included, and a very friendly, helpful staff.

After a couple of days traveling through the salt flats, this felt like paradise. The service was outstanding, and although we were a little nervous about our main level room, there was very little noise. Suize kept us in a three person room but charged us the two person price. The room had loads of space, comfortable beds, extra blankets, plastic cups in the bathroom, and great soaps in the shower. Those little details made it feel like home, and we hadn't seen that elsewhere in Bolivia. The friendly welcome is clearly a big part of the place, judging by the repeat guests who rave about the service. The Minute Man Pizza restaurant was wonderful too. The pizza and wine were both great, and breakfast was the best I've ever had. Chris really knows how to bake, and everything was homemade and fresh. It's the thoughtful touches and service that make this the best place I stayed in Bolivia, and probably all of South America. Thank you, Suzie and Chris!

The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, everything was super clean, and the beds were great, with a hot shower too. We had delicious pizza and wine at the restaurant, and breakfast was really good, with plenty of homemade and fresh products. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel in Uyuni. It ticks all the boxes for me, five out of five stars!
