The breakfast was lovely, made with care and kindness, and the rooms were clean with the basics we needed. The inn is well run, and reception was very attentive: they messaged us, answered our questions, and even let us check in early. The woman serving breakfast stayed with us while we waited for our Uber, a small gesture that meant a lot. The only drawback was the walk to the Basilica, about 15 minutes. Still, we had a happy, blessed stay. Breakfast could start a little earlier, though I saw that the usual schedule for places in the area.

The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, and the staff were lovely. The rooms are compact, but the beds are good and everything was very clean. Breakfast was tasty and convenient, especially the delicious cakes. The inn really deserves its rating. I recommend it to everyone.

We loved how tidy and clean the inn was, and breakfast was wonderful! We also went to a nearby spot in the evening for snacks and drinks on the rooftop terrace. The view was amazing, and we had a great time there.

I booked for five people on June 9, 2025, for a stay in Aparecida on August 30, and had already paid. Today they charged me again by mistake, right in front of other people at reception. It was an awkward situation. I spoke with the receptionist, and they found the payment. She said the owner hadn't told her it was paid. I'll see what happens with the two people who didn't come, since I was charged for all five. I'll message the inn on WhatsApp and wait for a reply about a refund. There wasn't anyone at reception to help guests. I ended up opening the gate for a family who arrived before 9 p.m. and couldn't get in, and later for a man collecting a pizza. I felt bad for them, and the receptionist had given me the key to open the gate where I'd parked my car, but helping guests isn't my job. Our room was missing the air conditioning and TV remotes, and there was nobody to tell that we needed anything. We had to sleep with the balcony door open. Breakfast was very basic, and the bathroom was tiny. The inn is also far from the Basilica on foot. By car it's fine, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with mobility problems or who can't walk that distance.
