The rooms are comfortable and pretty much what you'd expect from a basic hotel. The place is quiet, and the parking is okay, though you need to be careful not to scrape your car. If you arrive at reception first, you'll have to go around the block to reach the lot, so I'd use the parking address for check-in. Getting into the lot from inside could be improved too. The elevator doesn't go all the way down, so you have to leave it at reception and take an internal staircase to the parking area. Nothing too unusual. If this helped, leave a thumbs-up 👍🏼

The location is good, near the center of Araguari. My room was okay, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was very good. I stayed in room 415, where the air conditioner had a bit of a smell, the walls were dirty, and the toilet seat was broken. The hotel has plenty of room to improve.

The air conditioner wasn't working, and at night I was told the receptionist couldn't try to help fix it because he couldn't leave the desk. Nobody tried to help, so the guest is simply left with no options. A terrible experience. I don't recommend it.

The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. The linens were also in good condition. The hotel was spotless, the service was quick, and it was completely quiet. The location is good too, near downtown, the hospital, snack bars, and the church.

Everything feels brand new, the service was great, and breakfast was wonderful. An excellent hotel.
