The staff were really sweet, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. Our room had trash in it when we arrived, and there were blood stains beside the bed. The sheets and towels were dirty too. There was a very strange smell, like poop, in the room and outside all the time. Breakfast was basic and boring.

We enjoyed the views, the property, and its different spots, and the food was quite tasty. Everyone on staff was very friendly. The one downside was that nobody could speak English. Still, we had a very nice stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Being close to Búzios’ main beaches is a real plus, and the location could make this a decent option for a short visit. But comfort and customer service both fell short for me. The customer experience was poor.

A sagui monkey sometimes stops by for bananas, which is a fun little surprise. The breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable, new, and very clean. There’s also a very welcoming feel to the place, with a great ocean view.
