The food was impeccable, from breakfast to the rest of the menu. The omelet was especially good, probably the best in the region. I tried it at three other places during my stay, and none came close, haha. I also want to congratulate the whole team, from reception and housekeeping to the kitchen and everyone else. They were attentive, capable, and quick to find solutions. The rooms and the service were excellent throughout my stay at Hotel Alfa. My sincere thanks to everyone for their great work.

The room wasn't very comfortable. It was cramped, had no window, minibar, or counter, so my things had to stay on the floor. The air exhaust fans were excessively noisy, and the TV didn't have any channels.

The food and cleanliness were both a ten, and the staff were so polite and attentive. This was a wonderful experience, the best hotel I've stayed at near Belo Horizonte.

I was surprised by ALFA HOTEL. It was clean, well maintained, and cozy, and the service was impeccable. Thanks for the hospitality, especially Thaslane, sorry if I got the name wrong. I had a great experience there.
