Good value for the money. Check ahead if you need parking. The property doesn’t have its own lot and has an arrangement with the car wash next door. The setup is confusing and not very reliable, since you might still find there’s no space even after paying.

The staff were polite, and the location is handy if you need to be near expominas. The building is very old but seems to be well maintained. I was with my family and it worked for us at the time, but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to friends. The entrance looks quite unattractive, there’s no elevator, and I wasn’t happy with the cleaning service. We also had to rely completely on the receptionists to open the gate because we didn’t have a key, and they often took a little while.

The shower was good, but finding the place was difficult and the whole facade was covered in graffiti. The staff seemed to be working lazily. There was a table in the kitchen but no chair, there was no parking so the car stayed on the street, and the bed sagged.
