Casa Shuhari

The hosts were so lovely and friendly that it felt like staying with family. I loved the peaceful, secluded feel, with them nearby and town still within reach. It's a 10-minute walk along a natural path to the center, and though a little isolated, I felt completely safe. The house has everything needed to cook and prepare meals. You can also walk straight to the ocean, with the medicinal clay mountain and little beaches between the rocks on the same side of the island. It's a quieter part of the island, full of trees, flowers, birds, and beautiful nature. The ocean view is magical, and the place is wonderfully relaxing. I loved the terrace and hammock. I spent a long week at casa Shuhari in late February, and it was a beautiful stay. I also took karate lessons with Franca at her great Dojo below the house. Franca is a Pilates and Karate teacher, and I really enjoyed both the classes and learning the principles. It's a magical place ⭐️
