There are recurring water shortages, and the pool isn’t cleaned. The air conditioning also can’t keep up with the size of the rooms. The rooms need better equipment, especially to keep mosquitoes and cockroaches from coming in through the doors. The staff were very attentive and made the stay more pleasant, but there’s clearly a management problem. The inn had everything it needed to be top-notch.
