Aberdeen Premium

I booked a month ahead after my girlfriend and I spent days looking for the right place for us. Three days before our trip, there was a problem with our card. They gave us only three hours to fix it, even though it was just 9:00 in the morning. We didn’t see the message in time, and they canceled the reservation. I contacted them to try to sort it out, but they said it was too late because we were their only booking and it wasn’t worth it. They also claimed they’d given us more than 24 hours, which wasn’t true. I sent screenshots of the Booking emails and explained what happened from my side, but the man identified as Victor never replied. The place looks like it could be great, but, as other Booking reviews have said, customer support is terrible. What they did felt disrespectful. It meant canceling a trip we’d planned for so long, and we couldn’t find another place we liked because the other options were already booked up.

The house has four bedrooms and a wonderful view, and we had a great breakfast around a large table shared with the other guests. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. There was just a bit of an old smell from the wood and carpet, which might bother people with allergies.

It’s a cozy place with excellent staff. Just keep in mind it isn’t a large inn, but an adapted home. It’s a great fit if you want peace and quiet in an elegant, refined setting. We’ll definitely come back on future trips to Campos do Jordão.

Breakfast was great, and the inn has a lovely view. It’s small and welcoming, with beautiful decor throughout. I’d recommend it.
