We were warmly welcomed by Simone, who runs the house. Casa dos Açores is a peaceful, cozy place, and she makes a delicious breakfast with our personal tastes in mind.

The breakfasts were the highlight, and the host is a special, attentive person who’s a wonderful cook. This felt like a true retreat where I could recharge. I felt right at home!

The house is beautiful and cozy, and there's greenery all around. I loved resting to the sound of birds and the trees swaying. My one-year-old slept really well, too. The bed was very soft and the linens spotless. Simone baked bread that day for breakfast and made us feel at home. The place felt safe. And the sea at praia dos Açores... you have to experience it to understand. We miss it already and will be back, Simone ♡.

We went to Florianópolis to spend New Year's with my mother and wanted somewhere peaceful near a lovely beach. It was only a five-minute walk to the beach, and the rooms were very comfortable with everything we needed. Simone treated us like family, helped us with everything, and cooks spectacularly. Such a wonderful stay, thank you! We'll come back 💕
