Nice place

We had a nice first impression: the place looked good, and the location seemed to make the price worthwhile. But a number of problems came up over the 10 days and had a big effect on our stay. We were told cleaning was included, yet they cleaned only once. The apartment was booked for four, but two beds were in the living and dining area with only a fan, while the bedroom had a double bed and air conditioning, so the spaces were very different in terms of heat. Humidity also caused a lamp to start leaking, making the heat inside feel even worse. The toilet water pressure was poor, and on our last night we had no water at all. Their offered fix was to move us to a room for three, even though there were four of us. There was no refund or price adjustment for any of the trouble.

The common area is roomy and has plenty for cooking, relaxing, or spending time by the pool. The rooms are simple but comfortable and functional, and if you can get the suite, that’s the best option. It’s right on the main street and around two blocks from the beach, so getting around is easy. Cleaning means fresh sheets and towels only, so don’t expect the room to be cleaned or tidied. There’s lots of young energy here. A very good choice if location and easy access matter to you.

We had excellent service, and the room was clean with a minibar, kitchenette, TV, and air conditioning. The hotel is comfortable and lovely, with the beach two blocks away and the town center just one block away. The common areas are nice too, though we barely used them. Our only issue was the noise from other guests. The property shares space with another hotel, so we could hear them.
