This really happened, and it was my worst experience ever. I booked this apartment through Booking last October for this January. My family and I traveled 10,000 kilometres, including with our 6-year-old child, only for the accommodation to cancel our reservation on the day of arrival without explaining why. When I went there to ask, they claimed they hadn’t requested the cancellation. I asked for proof or compensation because I had to pay more for another place. She threatened to call the police, which was a joke, and told me to go back to my country, saying I had no rights here in Brasil. I’ll take the necessary steps. I rent out an apartment in Hungary too, and I would never treat a guest this way.

The rooms smell lovely, and the beach is close by in a great area. The hostess was incredibly warm and friendly. We had a great stay, I recommend it!

The staff were really kind, and the breakfast was nice. It’s served in the same place as it is for Dom Fish guests. The location is good too, around 300-400 from Cananeias beach.

The price is low and the location is good, though the room itself is very basic. The bed was broken but I could still sleep, and there was mildew on the bathroom wall.

Breakfast was good, and the room was clean enough. The hotel is very basic, really just a bed to crash in.
