We had breakfast at the hotel, and both the meal and the attentive, friendly service were very good. The annex, though, wasn’t a good fit for three people. It has two nice suites, but the third sleeping area is a sofa bed in a small sitting room, so there’s no privacy. The stairs also aren’t suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The bathroom window faces the staircase used to reach other rooms, which didn’t feel private; the staff improvised a way to cover it. I think staying in the hotel itself would have been better than the annex.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and we could make evening snacks there. We also had breakfast at the adjoining hotel Kehl Haus, which was wonderful. The guys on the service team were attentive and friendly. My only reservation is the bathroom: the shower space is quite small, and the shower would heat up only now and then, with a few crackling sounds. Apart from that, it’s a very pleasant place in an excellent location.

I’m very disappointed with our stay. The bed was awful, noisy all night, and the mattress was hard. There’s no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only in the living room, which is ridiculous. The service was very poor because apartment goss isn’t part of the hotel. The toilet paper ran out, and when we asked, they brought just one roll for five people. The bathroom was terrible too. There’s barely room to dry yourself, and the temperature gets much too hot or far too cold. Don’t confuse the hotel with this dump.
