Recanto das Tiribas

Wonderful.

The location is excellent, but the rooms are extremely basic and need some maintenance. There are also too few power outlets, and the rooms are very close together, so the overall accommodation might suit a trip with friends or family better. The team’s somewhat curt, rude manner left us feeling unwelcome. When we arrived, a child answered the intercom; then a young man showed us where to park and took us to the room. The compact room had a TV, minibar, and basic accessories. On the rainy first night, two leaks directly above the fan made it hard to use, and the air conditioning wasn’t working either. We contacted the reservation contact and were moved to another room the next day. There, the air conditioner’s remote was faulty, so they gave us a new one the following day. But the room got wet, and the air conditioner itself was leaking water.

The rooms were clean and had a fan, air conditioning, a minibar, and a microwave. The location is good, very close to the center, restaurants, a market, and Pereque beach.

The air conditioning and towels were great. Manuel, Elias, and Mari were incredibly kind. We’ll definitely be back!
