The calm setting made it easy to unwind. Ilha Verde is surrounded by nature, kept very clean, and decorated with lovely taste. The staff were kind and attentive, always happy to help. Rebecca was especially sweet and helpful, and made us feel at home. A beautiful, peaceful place, highly recommend it.

I went with my boyfriend for a week of surfing, but checking in was a real shock. The room looked nothing like the Airbnb photos, and the worn, dated feel extended to the decorations and lobby. The whole thing felt pretty scammy.

We loved our stay in this peaceful little oasis. The garden is beautiful, and the town's busiest streets are an easy walk away. Breakfast was both healthy and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'd recommend it to friends.

The owners speak English, which was a real help since we don't know Portuguese. I loved the quiet location and the balcony with its hammock. It feels a bit like staying in a tree house, and the Main Street and beach are both an easy walk away. We also really enjoyed the massages and the delicious breakfast.

The property and room were beautiful and clean, and the price felt like wonderful value. Breakfast was great, especially the tapiocas. My wife and I had a great time at Pousada Ilha Verde, with friendly, helpful people available from check-in through departure. We can't wait to come back.
