Bernal Hotel Econômico

It was average.

Great!

The place has gone downhill a lot. I used to stay here all the time and liked it, which makes it a shame to see the lack of maintenance and service staff. The parking area floods badly, with water up to your shins when you get out of the car. I even had to clear the sewer drain myself so the water could flow away. The bathroom was awful, with a burnt-out extractor fan in almost every room, leaks, damp and black mold all over. That mold is dangerous for people with allergies. There was also too much moisture on the bedroom wall. The TV was tiny and poor, and the mattress was old. The hotel was dirty. It didn't used to be like this.

When I tried to watch a game on the TV, there wasn't a single channel showing it. I wanted to see the Libertadores semifinal. What kind of hotel doesn't even have analog TV that can pick up at least Globo? What comforts do you offer guests, just a bed to sleep in? Another time, there was no space in the parking lot, so I had to use someone else's parking. I couldn't take my car out until the next morning.
