Hostel Do Papai 2

Awful. The place was dirty and disorganized, and the bedding smelled like a wet dog. The bathroom door had no lock, just a piece of wire. The host greeted me drunk, made sexist jokes, and wanted me to share a room with a male guest. I waited for daylight, then got back on the road to find breakfast somewhere decent. I left before that unpleasant man could see me. I wanted to leave as soon as I walked into the living room, but it was almost 10 p.m., every hotel was unavailable because of an event despite it being midweek, and I was exhausted from driving all day. I’d choose a roadside motel or even a gas station where I could shower over this. I’ve never stayed anywhere so horrible, and for women, I’d call it dangerous. I’d give it zero if that were possible.

The place was filthy. There was so much hair in the bathroom, maybe dog hair, I don’t know, haha. The owner seemed like a nice guy, but he said the pillowcases are changed once a week, haha. I went in but couldn’t stay. I don’t recommend it.

I had a wonderful time staying at Papai's place. He’s incredibly generous and hospitable. Thanks so much for everything, I recommend him without hesitation.

The owner is super nice, and breakfast was simple but tasty. The room floor and bathroom were in a deplorable state, though, and the place was extremely dirty. If cleanliness doesn’t matter to you, you’ll be fine going there.
