They cancelled a booking at the last minute, even though I’d made it well in advance, and didn’t apologize. There’s no point making a reservation.

It’s close to Hemoam and has everything we needed. The administrator is really friendly, and they provide all the cleaning supplies as well as bottled water, so we didn’t need to buy any. We really liked it. Very comfortable and clean.

Seu José is an incredible person. I spent four days in Manaus for a public service exam, and he picked us up at the airport and took us to our exams. He took exceptional care with our safety, and his attention and helpfulness were beyond words. The room was excellent, even had a coffee maker and a little coffee. We exam candidates were so grateful to seu José.
