Ouro Preto Apartments

We stayed in the two-bedroom flat on the third floor and loved the view. It was airy, got sun all day, and had a parking space on a quiet dead-end street. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Thiago, the owner, was very attentive: he let us into the flat early, welcomed us, explained how things worked, and shared lots of restaurant and sightseeing tips. He was quick to help whenever we needed anything. The flat had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, with large, well-organized cupboards, a new fridge and stove, and even coffee, paper filters, olive oil, salt, sugar, napkins, and cold bottled water for the first day. There was also a sandwich maker and a very new microwave, plus cups, wine glasses, cutlery, pans, plates, and an oven mitt. Everything was very clean. The dining table had four chairs, and the laundry area had a sink, broom, squeegee, floor cloth, and ceiling clothesline. Both bedrooms had double box beds with new, comfortable mattresses, new pillows, and high-quality bed and bath linens. The price was very good too.
