Noite hotel

We stayed for one night while in town for an exam nearby. The staff welcomed us warmly, and the service was excellent. When my wife forgot her jacket, one of the women at the hotel lent her one. A young man also pointed us toward a nearby steakhouse and pharmacy and showed us the way. I really appreciated their care and attention. And a hug to Elias and Bia, thanks so much for helping us and being so kind. I loved your cat. The building is a little old, but our room was clean and had air conditioning, a smart TV, and the usual hotel amenities. They even arranged an earlier breakfast because of the exam, since several other guests were there for it too. The food was tasty and there was a good variety. The price was very affordable compared with the other places I looked at. If you're just passing through and need a good, inexpensive place to spend the night without expecting anything fancy, this is a great option.

The team was lively, attentive, and ready to help. They also had a water dispenser with good cold and room temperature water, and kept the air conditioners running all day, so the rooms were cool whenever we came in. I was there during a city event, when very few places were available, and found Noite Hotel online. The room had the basics I expected, including air conditioning, a minibar, an electric shower, and clean sheets and towels. Still, the facilities could use work: the mattresses were only a little wider than the beds, the bathrooms had no partitions, the bins had no lids, and the finishings looked worn. I booked through Booking and was told breakfast wasn't included in the amount I'd pay, so I had to pay extra for it, which I didn't like. The hotel worked well for me since I was out all day. I'd recommend it if you don't expect a fancy stay.

The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and I'll certainly come back when I'm in Palmas again. The hotel is well located, close to praça dos girassóis and estação Apinajé, and the prices are affordable. I booked the cheapest room. Its air conditioner was powerful, though a bit noisy. The shower wasn't electric, but that wasn't an issue since it doesn't get cold in Palmas. Tip: book directly with the hotel on WhatsApp to save on breakfast.

Breakfast was good quality and a great price. The location and service were very good too. The place feels more like a boarding house, and the services aren't standardized like you'd expect from a hotel, even though the rooms themselves fit the hotel setup.
