I visited just before they built the new cottages. It’s such a lovely place, and the way breakfast is served really stays with you.

I left completely charmed by the chalet, its beautiful natural setting, and all the little details. Shirley, if I’m remembering her name right, and her staff deserve a big congratulations. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, and the kitchen had coffee, sugar, and an Italian coffee maker. Breakfast was brought right to the chalet, with juice, fruit, cold cuts, all kinds of bread, cake, cookies, crackers, yogurt, granola, butter, and jam. The kitchen was fully equipped too, with a stove, fridge, glasses and cups for different drinks, plus an iron and a small ironing board. Towels and a barbecue at each chalet as well. Such a thoughtful place.

The chalet was fantastic, and I had a great stay. It’s in an amazing spot close to Paraty’s center. Service was great, they replenished the towels, kept things clean, and brought a full breakfast to the room. I highly recommend it.
