We stopped at Pousada Caborê for a day while traveling from SP to Angra, and it was amazing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Alice and the kitchen team. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, and the pool was very clean with warm water. The breakfast had plenty of choices, including Carolinas loaded with "doce-de-leite". I had to work for a few hours and the internet worked perfectly by the pool. The weather was great, too. The hotel is near the Historical Center, about a 10-15 minute walk or a 5-10 minute bike ride. The parking lot was spacious and felt safe. I’ll definitely visit again.

My family and I chose this place to celebrate my birthday, and it was an amazing experience. The pousada is beautiful, well equipped, and has cozy rooms that are cleaned every day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, attentive, careful, and worked hard to make sure we had a great stay. Denise in particular arranged a lovely surprise for my birthday. I can’t say enough about the care and attention that went into breakfast for guests, and there’s also an afternoon snack. My only wish was for a small rack to hang our bikinis. Whenever I return to Paraty, this will be my first choice. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family. Everyone was wonderful from arrival to departure.

I chose Caborê to celebrate my mother’s birthday and, without expecting it, had the best stay I’ve ever had in Paraty. The service from everyone was excellent, especially Denise at reception. She was wonderful from start to finish, and it was clear how much she loves her work. When she heard about my mother’s birthday, Denise put together a surprise in our room that made the day even more special and unforgettable. The care, quality, and attention to every detail make this a place I’d return to whenever I can and recommend to everyone. My only suggestion is to add a clothesline to the rooms for drying clothes, since we used a lot of swimwear at this beach destination. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and I’m grateful for the wonderful experience.
