Terrible experience. We drove from Aparecida do Norte to Paraty on 24/02 and had booked this inn. The owner charged R$ 200,00 for a better room because I have a 2-year-old baby. We had trouble finding it because the address was wrong. When we arrived, we saw that these were small studio units beside the road, with no protection and no covered or secure parking. The room had no TV, Wi-Fi, or hot water. I also had to ask for blankets and another towel because the room was short on them. I then heard the owner had another, more comfortable inn and asked if we could move there at the same price, given all the problems. She said no, because that inn cost R$ 350,00 per night and I would have to pay the difference. We decided to leave Paraty since we couldn't find another place to book. The owner did return the R$ 200,00 I had paid in advance, but made no effort to sort things out. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. You pay a lot for a service that isn't delivered.

I had booked this inn for 5 to 7/09, but no one answered the phone or the Expedia site chat. Someone finally replied after 3 p.m. on the day of the reservation, by which point I couldn't get there anymore. I asked her to cancel, but I still haven't received any cancellation email from Expedia. I don't recommend staying here or paying through a site that says the booking is nonrefundable. If they don't return my money, I'll take legal action.

This isn't really an inn, just a few rooms by the road, and it feels like a scam. I booked three nights, but when I arrived there was nobody there. I had to find somewhere else to stay, and now I'll try to get back what I paid through hotéis.com. I hope nobody else makes a reservation here.
