Grand Maré Hotel Peruíbe

We arrived late for check-in, but they still managed to accommodate us. The hotel is simple and welcoming, with older furnishings, but the service is exceptional. The young staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, and always make an effort to welcome guests warmly. Breakfast was simple but wonderful, excellent, really. Thank you so much, everyone. ❤️🇧🇷

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for: simple, practical, and organized. I’ve stayed in plenty of places and learned to judge each one by what it offers. The staff were proper and helpful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the stay went smoothly. It’s in a convenient area with easy access to shops, restaurants, and well-known spots around town. I recommend it if you want somewhere functional and well cared for.

The hotel felt welcoming, clean, and well organized, with a comfortable, peaceful atmosphere. The accommodations were excellent, and the services went beyond what I expected. From the moment I arrived, the whole team was attentive, helpful, and friendly. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. A very positive experience, and I’ll definitely return another time. I recommend it. 👏

For my wedding night, I booked a room with a balcony, a double bed, and air conditioning. I spent the day talking with the team, but only when I arrived was I told that room wasn’t available. They put me in a different one without a balcony. Once inside, I found it had no air conditioning and just two single beds pushed together. I decided not to stay, but they refused to refund me and wanted to charge a 50% penalty, even though the hotel had made the mistake. The staff member was unprepared and showed no empathy. Terrible service, no transparency, and total disregard for the customer. I don’t recommend it.
