Peruibe Suites Flat

Great!

Really great.

The parking area looked more like a scrap yard, with some cars covered up and taking space guests needed to park. We also had to ask for toilet paper because there was none in the room. We spent seven days here over New Year’s, and the stay was a terrible experience. On the first day we were put on the top floor even though we’d booked the themed suite. The shower had no water, and the stairs were very steep. We finally moved into the themed suite the next day, but it still fell short. Water kept cutting out, the old air conditioner was very loud, and rain came through the leaks and soaked the room. We had to empty a jug catching the air conditioner’s drainage ourselves so the room wouldn’t flood. Breakfast had little variety, and the juices and cakes were much too sweet. The room was extremely hot, with no fan. There were no pool towels, no shower by the pool, and no trash bin. The pool was missing a tile on the bottom and had two holes along the sides. The Wi-Fi was available, but didn’t work. On January 1, the power went out for hours. Nobody apologized or explained what was happening. We won’t stay here again.

The room was stifling, with no ventilation, and there was no water for showers or even brushing our teeth. When the power went out on the second night, I asked the staff what was going on because we had small children with us. They were very rude and wouldn’t refund one night, even though we’d already paid for two, or offer us a future stay as a courtesy. The heat was unbearable, and in the dark we couldn’t stay, so we left at midnight with the kids. A really bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
