At least the bed was comfortable. The hotel and rooms are standard, and the price might be acceptable, but all the extra charges made it too expensive for me. Check-in took nearly an hour. There's no parking lot, so you have to pay extra for parking. Breakfast is R$49 per person if you eat there, which seemed too expensive for what they serve. For me, it wasn't worth it.
8/10
The service was great, and the hotel is in a very good location.
8/10
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect. Most of the staff were very friendly, too. The walls between rooms are really thin, though, and I could hear the obnoxious people next door. One larger woman working evenings was almost rude while trying to get what she wanted from the buffet. It felt like eating came before the guests. Housekeeping also used the same elevators, which made them slow.
4/10
The staff were polite, courteous, and ready to help. The rooms are standard, but I had problems with the air conditioning and room cleaning, along with a few minor issues. Dinner and breakfast could use more options or more frequent changes. I stayed for a week, and the meals were the same every day.
4/10
The guy was polite when I arrived at 3 AM. I paid 242 reales for the time from 3 AM to 12:AM, which didn't seem fair given the room's condition and how many hours I stayed. I needed the room longer, but there wasn't one available, which is okay. Breakfast wasn't included and would have cost 30 reales. If I had no other choice, I'd stay again, but if there was another option, I definitely wouldn't. Would I recommend it? Maybe not.
