Real Castilha Hotel

Breakfast was included, with good quality and variety, but it didn’t make up for the other problems. The hotel is in a good location, though the guest service was terrible and some employees were rude and disrespectful. I had to change rooms because the first one was in very bad shape and poorly cleaned. They had left fewer items than the number of guests, and when I asked for more, I was asked why I wanted them. The room was noisy, some lights didn’t work, and I couldn’t open the window because it faced the employees’ service area. They made a point of staring into the room, including many men.

Hotel Real Castilla is in São Paulo, Brazil, in a strategic spot for getting around the city or reaching business districts. It generally has amenities for both work and leisure stays, with comfortable rooms, breakfast options, and meeting or event facilities.

Really good overall, with breakfast and a gym. It’s well located, great value for money, and there wasn’t any annoying noise.

A great place, with a nice bathtub and close to the main spots.
