I spent a day there using the day-use service. The place was pleasant, the staff were very good, it wasn’t too crowded, and the atmosphere felt family friendly. My main issue was the cost of the food. The prices were high for the small portions. Beer seemed to be around the usual price, but the way they charged the 10% fee bothered me. They added it to every item, drinks and food alike. For example, a 13.00 Heineken tall can had an extra 1.30 charged for each can, on top of the food charges. Everywhere else I’ve been, the 10% was calculated on the whole bill, not each item separately. I’d told my wife we’d return later this summer, but after seeing how they charged it, we won’t be going back.

The food tasted good and the place is attractive, clean, pleasant, and conveniently located. Still, the day-use guests made things crowded and uncomfortable for us staying overnight. You have to reserve a table, the pool is small, and they need better control of the day-use traffic. The meals were tasty but expensive for the small servings: a portion of fries was R$ 45,00 and looked like about two potatoes cut up. Drinks were costly too, with an extra fee. Our shower had no water one night and the following morning. We reported it, but it wasn’t fixed, and we ended up leaving without a proper shower, with only a trickle coming out. Our chalet had a living room and bedroom. There was air conditioning in the bedroom, but the living room, which had a sofa bed and served as another sleeping area, only had a ceiling fan that couldn’t keep up with the heat. It was the most expensive chalet left when I booked at the last minute. The table also took a long time to be cleared, and it was still there when we left.

Great taste, cleanliness, and service, all a 10! I’m in love with the place. The tables were always set to welcome us, and the loungers were clean with blankets on them. Everything was lovely. There’s even a river swim spot on the property, plus a games room, gym, and pool, all well looked after.

The surroundings feel like a beautiful connection with nature, and the grounds include a lovely lake. There are hammocks and cushioned sofas all over where you can lie down, read, or nap, plus tables for eating outdoors. Everything is kept tidy, with the tables set nicely. The place has a great layout, including parking, a small gym that works for guests, pools for adults and children, a paid whirlpool, and a wonderful little steam sauna. The sauna is for guests only, even though the property also offers day use, and I used it a lot. There’s a shower outdoors, loungers, tables, and chairs. Breakfast is simple but fresh, and the breakfast area is nice. There are little seats where you can have a drink facing the counter, and a games area with pool and background music. The food was wonderful and fresh, and they had wine and cold beer. Our room was great, with a comfortable bed and clean, fresh-smelling linens, along with Wi-Fi, a TV, minibar, a small 2-in-1 shampoo, and a hair dryer. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The facilities were in good shape, and I noticed improvements as they expanded with more rooms. My only issue was that the bathroom drain clogged after every shower because the outlet was too narrow. We had very happy days here. I’ll be back. Thanks for everything!
