It’s a family run place surrounded by beautiful nature, yet close to both the beaches and the historic town center. Taking the kayak to the beach or into the tropical rainforest was a fantastic experience.

The owner’s love for this corner of the world really comes through. The place feels dreamy, private, and peaceful, just a few blocks from the main square and within walking distance of the beach. A paradise in Trancoso, highly recommended.

Miria and her son gave us a very warm welcome. The house was tidy and spotlessly clean, and it exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious and beautiful too. I loved it, highly recommend it, and will definitely return. ❤️

This was my first time in Trancoso, and I was lucky to stay at Onça 1024. The place is spectacularly beautiful, with trees and greenery everywhere, and there’s a large pool for relaxing in the late afternoon. A river runs just behind the property where guests can swim as well. The accommodations were well equipped, spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The beaches are 400 meters away and walkable, and the Quadrado and center of Trancoso are close by too. Miria and her team welcomed me so warmly and were always kind and attentive. If you’re looking for somewhere calm and comfortable, this is a great fit. I’d return without a doubt. Thanks so much, Miria, for the welcome and attention.
