The room itself was good, but several things in it were damaged. The door lock didn’t work properly, the water heater was broken, and room service was very poor. We had booked two days and paid in advance through an agent, then decided to add one more night. We were told the room rate was 1,500, but when we went to pay, they asked for 1,900. The person who quoted 1,500 wasn’t there, and the owner was very rude and wouldn’t compromise on the bill. The main gate is locked from outside until 9 a.m., so you can’t get out at night or early in the morning if you need to. We missed our permit because of the delay.

They know how to welcome guests. The room and food were fantastic, and I’ll book here every time. Keep it up, team.
